Hooray for Friday! It’s the day you get to learn more about the fantastic staff members we have working at Sunset View Elementary! This year we will continue to take each Friday to introduce members of our Sunset View family.

Today, we are introducing our Psychologist, Mrs. Rollins, and our Social Worker, Mr. Bringhurst.

Mrs. Rollins is our School Psychologist. She is from San Diego, California, and has been living in Utah for 18 years. She and her husband have been married for 12 years. Together, they have 2 children – one daughter and one son! This is Mrs. Rollins’s 12th year working in schools. Mrs. Rollins’s go-to snack is ice cream or chocolate (this is also her favorite dessert!). The one food that she could eat forever and never get sick of is buttered toast! Mrs. Rollins’s favorite memory from elementary school was being a member of the Safety Patrol. The last show that Mrs. Rollins binge-watched was “Old Enough.”

Mr. Bringhurst is our Social Worker. He is from Orem, Utah and has been in Utah for 29 years. He and his wife have been married for 11 years. Together, they have 4 amazing daughters! This is Mr. Bringhurst’s 8th year working in schools. Mr. Bringhurst’s go-to snack is homemade popcorn. The one food that he could eat forever and never get sick of is cold cereal! Mr. Bringhurst has a TON of favorite desserts. One of his favorites is definitely the chocolate lava cake from Chili’s. Mr. Bringhurst’s favorite memory from elementary school was racing against his principal – and winning! The last show that Mr. Bringhurst binge-watched was “Obi-Wan Kenobi.”
