Sunset View Elementary School

Welcome to our #TeacherFeatureFriday. This year we will continue to take each Friday to introduce you to the amazing members of our Sunset View staff.

Today, we are introducing one of our Fifth Grade teachers, Norma Metz. Mrs. Metz and her husband have 4 children and over 14 grandchildren! Mrs. Metz has lots of favorites. Her favorite color is blue, her favorite movie is ‘Pride and Prejudice’, her favorite sport is volleyball, and her favorite book is…you guessed it, ‘Harry Potter’! Some goals Mrs. Metz has for this year are to find joy in the journey, to live a healthy lifestyle, and to prioritize to accomplish more while doing less. A few of her hobbies include gardening (she has an amazing garden in her backyard), biking, swimming with her grandchildren, and listening to podcasts. If Mrs. Metz wasn’t one of our Fifth Grade teachers, she would be a nutritionist or a historical tour guide!

We hope this helps you to get to know Mrs. Metz a little better. Check-in with us next week to see who we will be featuring for our #TeacherFeatureFriday!

#teacherfeaturefriday – Mrs. Metz

Bienvenidos a nuestro #TeacherFeatureFriday.
