NewsYesterday, Tuesday, March 29, 2022, a group of our fifth and sixth-grade students attended the Regional STEM Fair competition hosted at BYU. These students have been working on their STEM Fair projects for the past few months revising their ideas and working on perfecting how to present their findings. We are so proud of our students for making it this far!
Special congratulations to Nallomy and Adilene for taking third place in the Life Science division for their project identifying which type of rice uses the least amount of water and Isaac and Liam for taking third place in Engineering for their project studying how to generate electricity with water. Way to go!
Ayer, martes 29 de marzo de 2022, un grupo de nuestros estudiantes de quinto y sexto grado asistieron a la competencia regional de la Feria STEM organizada en BYU. Estos estudiantes han estado trabajando en sus proyectos de la Feria STEM durante los últimos meses revisando sus ideas y trabajando en perfeccionar cómo presentar sus hallazgos. Estamos muy orgullosos de nuestros estudiantes por haber llegado tan lejos.
Felicitaciones especiales a Nallomy y Adilene por obtener el tercer lugar en la división de Ciencias de la Vida por su proyecto que identifica qué tipo de arroz utiliza la menor cantidad de agua e Isaac y Liam por obtener el tercer lugar en Ingeniería por su proyecto que estudia cómo generar electricidad con agua. ¡Así se hace!
