Sunset View Elementary School

While the Book Fair was at our school, students visited with their classes and were able to select one book that interested them that they would like to read and add to their home libraries. We hope that you will enjoy reading this book with your child over your Spring Break next week!

We would love to hear what your child enjoyed about their book after they have read it. Inside each book will be a stamped and addressed postcard. Please use this postcard to send your child’s teacher a letter telling them their favorite part from the book! There is space for your child to draw a picture of one of their favorite parts of their book on the front of the postcard and room for them to write a short note to their teacher on the back of the postcard.

We will collect all the postcards we receive and use them as raffle tickets for a prize drawing of books of their choosing to be given away to our students who participate during the recognition assembly at the end of the month.

A huge thank you to Karalee, Leeann, Gaylene, Dawn and all of our Soar Academy paras for helping us to complete this project and an extra special thank you to Chris for purchasing all of the books for our students!

We hope you enjoy participating in our Spring Break Book Club!
