Good Morning Parents! Towards the end of each school year, we send out a few surveys for you to complete to help us plan for the upcoming school year. These are surveys to help us know if you plan to return to Sunset View next year, as well as to let us know if you have a request for your teachers for next year. If your child is not returning to Sunset View next year or there is a very good possibility of not returning, please complete the following document. (Please don’t fill this out for current 6th-grade students.)

Not Returning to Sunset View for the 2022-2023 School Year

If you would like to request a teacher for next year, please complete the following document by Thursday, April 28. Replying to this survey does not guarantee that your student will be assigned that particular teacher because there are multiple things that we must take into consideration such as class size, teacher grade reassignments, new teacher hires, and recommendations from teachers. If you do not have a teacher preference then you do not need to complete the form.

Si desea solicitar un profesor para el próximo año, por favor complete el siguiente documento antes del jueves 28 de abril. Responder a esta encuesta no garantiza que a su estudiante se le asigne ese profesor en particular porque hay múltiples cosas que debemos tener en cuenta como el tamaño de la clase, las reasignaciones de grado de los profesores, las nuevas contrataciones de profesores y las recomendaciones de los profesores. Si usted no tiene una preferencia de profesor, entonces no necesita completar el formulario.
