Happy Read Across America Day! Taking place on Dr. Seuss’ birthday, we encourage all students to pick up a book today and read! Students have enjoyed talking about Dr. Seuss in Library this week and learning about the contributions that he made to children’s literature. They’ve enjoyed a variety of fun read-alouds and Dr. Seuss-themed activities as they’ve learned about his books and where he drew inspiration from. Whether it be a Dr. Seuss book or another book we hope everyone will choose to find something to read today!

¡Feliz Día de la Lectura en América! El día del cumpleaños del Dr. Seuss, animamos a todos los estudiantes a coger un libro hoy y leer. Los estudiantes han disfrutado hablando sobre el Dr. Seuss en la biblioteca esta semana y aprendiendo sobre las contribuciones que hizo a la literatura infantil. Han disfrutado de una variedad de divertidas lecturas en voz alta y de actividades con el tema del Dr. Seuss mientras aprendían sobre sus libros y de dónde sacaba la inspiración. Ya sea un libro del Dr. Seuss u otro libro, esperamos que todos elijan algo para leer hoy.
