Psychology of New Years Resolutions
How can we actually keep our New Year’s Resolutions? Psychologists from Cornell University and the University of Chicago studied what helps people keep New Year Resolutions. They studied if enjoyment and importance were two big factors in keeping resolutions. What they found was that only enjoyment was associated with long-term commitment to goals.

¿Cómo podemos mantener nuestros propósitos de Año Nuevo? Psicólogos de la Universidad de Cornell y de la Universidad de Chicago estudiaron lo que ayuda a la gente a mantener los propósitos de Año Nuevo. Estudiaron si el disfrute y la importancia eran dos factores importantes para mantener los propósitos. Lo que descubrieron fue que sólo el disfrute estaba asociado al compromiso a largo plazo con los objetivos.
