Battle of the Books is well underway and next week marks the start of the elimination battles. Students have been working hard to read and memorize the titles and authors of the books on their lists in order to compete. During the battle, each team is asked questions about the books that they read and are awarded points for each answer they get correct. At the end of the battle, the team with the most points will become the champion team for their class. They will move on to the next elimination battle in March to represent their class and compete against the winning teams of the other classes in their grade. We are excited to see the students’ hard work pay off and look forward to finding out the first round winning teams for each class!
