Welcome to our next #TeacherFeatureFriday. This year we would like to take each Friday to introduce you to the different members of our staff. Today, we are introducing one of our First Grade teachers, Mrs. Bates. Mrs. Bates has quite a green thumb, she planted strawberries earlier this year and they had a 1000% increase over the summer. Mrs. Bates organized a half marathon this summer called the CoRUNa-13.1. Mrs. Bates is obsessed with Avatar the Last Airbender. She hopes to one day make that the theme for her classroom. In her free time, Mrs. Bates enjoys writing novels. Mrs. Bates has a goal to one day have a Costco membership. We hope this helps you to get to know Mrs. Bates a little better.
