NewsHooray for Friday! It’s the day you get to learn more about the fantastic staff members we have working at Sunset View Elementary! This year we will continue to take each Friday to introduce members of our Sunset View family.
Today, we are introducing one of our amazing Fifth Grade teachers, Mrs. Southwick.
Mrs. Southiwck is a Fifth Grade teacher at Sunset View! Mrs. Southwick was born and raised in Huntington Beach, California. She has lived in Utah for the past 29 years! Mrs. Southwick and her husband, Todd, have 3 children, and 3 grandchildren (and they are the cutest)! Mrs. Southwick has been teaching for 14 years. Mrs. Southwick’s go-to snack when watching a show is cashews. Mrs. Southwick’s favorite memory from elementary school from when she was in 5th grade. Her teacher let them write and put on plays – including props, scenery, and all! She is sure that she and her friends drove their teacher crazy, but they had so much fun! The last show that Mrs. Southwick binged was ’New Amsterdam’.
