Hooray for Friday! It’s the day you get to learn more about the fantastic staff members we have working at Sunset View Elementary! This year we will continue to take each Friday to introduce members of our Sunset View family.

Today, we are introducing one of our incredible Fourth Grade teachers, Mrs. Raymond.

Mrs. Raymond is the Fourth Grade CAS teacher at Sunset View! Mrs. Raymond was born and raised in Idaho but has spent most of her life in Utah. She has lived in Utah since she was 19 years old! Mrs. Raymond and her husband, Mark, have 1 son, 3 daughters, 1 son-in-law, 2 boyfriends-in-law, and 2 grandchildren! They have an amazing family that loves to laugh! Mrs. Raymond has been teaching for 18 years. Mrs. Raymond’s go-to snack when watching a show is Cinnamon Toast Crunch or Lemon Sorbet Private Collection from Smith’s. Mrs. Raymond’s favorite memory from elementary school is the musical that her school would put on every spring. When Mrs. Raymond was in 5th grade she was cast at Mary Poppins. Her husband and family still tease her about having a ‘HUGE’ bag that has almost everything in it and her nieces and nephews call her ‘practically perfect in every way’…and if you know Mrs. Raymond you know that description is spot on! The last show that Mrs. Raymond binged was ’The Fixers’. Mrs. Raymond loves this show because it is all about helping others.
