We are excited to announce that Parent-Teacher Conferences are just around the corner. Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Wednesday, November 2 and Thursday, November 3. For our November Parent-Teacher Conferences, you will have the choice of meeting in person or online via Zoom. When you register for your conferences, you will select whether you would like to meet in person or on Zoom. All confirmation emails will have the Zoom link – this is precautionary in case you decide to change your preferred method of meeting with your child’s teacher.

Please select the correct grade for your child to view the signup and find a convenient time for you to meet with your child’s teacher. If you need to meet with more than one teacher, please sign up accordingly to leave yourself adequate time to go from one meeting to the next. We want to stay on schedule in order to respect everyone’s schedules. Thank you!

After registering, you will be sent a confirmation email with the time that you are scheduled for as well as a link you can use to join your conference session with your teacher. You will also receive a reminder email two days before your scheduled conference. This reminder will be sent to the email address that you enter when you register for the conference.

If you sign up for a Zoom conference, your child’s teacher will be expecting you on Zoom. If you sign up for an in-person conference, your child’s teacher will be expecting to meet you in their classroom. If you decide to change your preferred method of meeting for conferences, please communicate that with your child’s teacher.

When you signup, you will receive a link to your teacher’s Zoom. In case that link is misplaced, the lists below will have the teacher’s ZOOM ID, password to join their waiting room, and directions for how to log in. These will be shared again when we are closer to Conferences.
