Hooray for Friday! It’s the day you get to learn more about the fantastic staff members we have working at Sunset View Elementary! This year we will continue to take each Friday to introduce members of our Sunset View family.

Today, we are introducing someone who is both a Preschool and Kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Maldonado.

Mrs. Maldonado is one of our Preschool teachers at Sunset View AND one of our Kindergarten teachers! Mrs. Maldonado has just moved back to Utah after living in New Jersey! Mrs. Maldonado and her husband have one 14-year-old son together. She also has two older stepchildren who are still living back East. This is Mrs. Maldonado’s 3rd year of teaching. Mrs. Maldonado’s go-to snack is…nothing! She likes to just enjoy the show. The one food that she could eat forever and never get sick of is avocados/guacamole. Mrs. Maldonado’s favorite memory from elementary school was when her first-grade teacher got a new puppet and brought it to the classroom for a week. It was great motivation to get work done so that she could have time to play with the puppy! The last show that Mrs. Maldonado binge-watched was Agents of Shield.
