The weather is finally warming up, allowing students to be outside while focusing on hitting a ball with an implement in PE. This looks like tennis skills right now: balancing the ball (or bean bag) on the racket while holding the wrist steady, tapping the ball with the racket up (how many times can you tap it in a row while maintaining control?), tapping the ball with the racket down, tapping the ball with the racket to your partner, tapping the ball with the racket moving from low to medium and trying to get the ball to stop – at a gentle roll – in the hula hoop between you and your partner.
