Hearing is an important part of your student’s ability to learn and progress at school. For this reason, in accordance with state and federal laws, we conduct a yearly school-wide hearing screening, to identify children with potential hearing problems. Our annual screening includes preschool entry, K-3rd, 7th, and 11th grades, all students in special education programs, all students new to Provo City School District and students with parent/teacher concerns. This year, your school’s hearing screening is scheduled for Wednesday, October 23, 2019. Please see the attached documents for more information.
