Specialties Spotlight – Art with Mrs. Johnson
We have had a lot of fun projects already this year in art class. We started off the year with a new theme of adventure in art. We are going to be resilient this year. Like climbing mountains, we will start at the bottom and get to our masterpieces at the summit! Our classroom is decorated with the theme and our first project was making a wooden keychain for our backpacks just like you would at a summer camp. We have had an art elements week a social studies week and a science week and a week where everyone made their own sketchbook we are climbing that mountain already!
