Sunset View Elementary School

Fifth-grade students have been studying US history and learning about the opposing perspectives of Loyalists and Patriots. They performed a readers theatre with poems, skits, and colonial dances to share with their parents what they had been studying and learning about the colonial time period and the events that led up to the American Revolution.

Teatro de lectores – “Una conversación al borde de la guerra”

Los alumnos de quinto grado han estado estudiando la historia de los Estados Unidos y aprendiendo sobre las perspectivas opuestas de los leales y los patriotas. Hicieron un teatro de lectores con poemas, sketches y danzas coloniales para compartir con sus padres lo que habían estado estudiando y aprendiendo sobre el período colonial y los acontecimientos que condujeron a la Revolución Americana.
