Kindergarten registration

Children who will be 5 years old on or before September 1 are eligible for enrollment. To expedite your process please preregister online at grades.provo.edu. Click on the NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION tab. An email will be sent to you within the next 3 business days with information on how to finish the registration for your student. We will have a limited number of computers available for use at the school if you do not have access to one. You are also welcome to upload your documents online instead of coming to the office.

Kindergarten registration documents:

Please bring the following required documents to bring to your appointment:

• Parent/guardian ID
• Birth Certificate
• Immunization Records
• Proof of residency (city bill, power bill, rental agreement, or mortgage statement)

The attached documents can be printed and filled out before coming to the office. If you are unable to print it, we will have one for you to fill out when you come to your appointment.

Registración para Kindergarten

Los niños que cumplirán 5 años el 1 de Septiembre o antes son elegibles para la inscripción. Los documentos adjuntos se pueden imprimir y completar antes de llegar a la oficina. Si no pueden imprimirlo, tendremos uno para que lo llene cuando venga a su cita en la oficina.
