Provo City School District has developed a survey for parents of elementary students to identify which learning option they choose for their students for the beginning of the school year. If you have a elementary student between kindergarten and 6th grade, please take a couple minutes to complete this survey once you have decided which learning option works best for your family. This information is vital for teacher assignments and planning for the beginning of the school year. The survey will remain open through the end of the day on Sunday, August 9.
Secondary families will complete this same type of process through the registration and class choice process ran by each secondary school.
